We should've used the money on Poe and Torrey Smith in areas of weaknesses or better players. Should've also replaced Mike Adams. He has been terrible in coverage. We also shouldn't be relying on 30 plus year olds for pass rush. Also, zone defense needs to be killed. It hurts us every week. I think lack of talent on defense is forcing Luke to try to help the weaknesses and thus causing him to over pursue. He's been out of position all year long.

Luke played well today, not sure what others were watching. And D wasn't even a huge problem. No, the D wasn't great but we allowed just 23 with a lot of those coming off of our turnovers. Offensive playcalling, and DJ's turnovers were the issue.

Which then leaves our already vulnerable secondary even more vulnerable. 

It’s 2018 and this league is changing. You need a secondary if you want to have a good defense. We do the EXACT opposite

How about constantly having a lineman get to the second level to block him. Maybe Poe is the issue, where Star was constantly giving Luke some ability to roam around the linebacker level.
