That might be the ugliest win ever

It was not the ugliest game today.  No turnovers, and both teams had periods were they played well.

Tampa/Cleveland was ugly.  Both teams kept trying to lose, but only one of them could in the end.

I meant for us.

IMO, the Redskins game was uglier.  Mainly because I think turnovers, penalties and things of that sort are what make a game ugly.  I believe that a lot of our problem today was that the Philly defense played very well, but then changed their style, or maybe their intensity, and we were able to take advantage of it.

I thought our defense played fairly well, except for the 95 yard drive.  Offense finally woke up in the fourth.

Special teams had its third bad day in a row.  That could be a problem.

Been saying this all season, just win baby, don’t care how ugly it is. As long as there is a W don’t care.

crazy to think if DJ Moore only fumbles once last week we are sitting at 5-1 right now. But hey at this point I’ll take my 4-2 because I didn’t see us beating Philly in Philly.

An ugly win would be like Chicago’s 6 pass win over us last year,..

get a special teams td, a pick 6, get outclassed in every category but somehow win anyway.

our loss would have been ugly— we were being drug— and our team looked clueless, not a pro football team at all,.. shameful.

but to come alive like that? Beautiful win— 3 drives for 3, then the stops and 3 and out the last drive, the forced fumble to close it out?

beautiful win

I honestly thought we were gonna get our ass kicked. It was the same old story until the 4th quarter. However I think the way these guys won this game just may be a huge catalyst for the rest of the season. This is an all time Panther win no doubt.

They played and won like winners in the 4th. We don’t have a talent issue. We have a consistency  and effort problem. These guy put it all together agains the defending champs. Their confidence should be an all time high.

    • I wouldn’t be surprised if the Pats win it all or at least get there. Maye is awesome.
    • Young quarterbacks Drake Maye, Bo Nix, and Bryce Young have led their teams to undefeated records since October.   Drake Maye has guided the New England Patriots to a 5-0 record in that period, with 2,285 passing yards and 17 touchdowns in nine games. Bo Nix has directed the Denver Broncos to a 5-0 stretch, throwing for 1,976 yards and 17 touchdowns, contributing to a 7-2 overall start. Bryce Young, in his second season, has led the Carolina Panthers to a 4-0 run since October, accumulating 1,390 yards and 11 touchdowns amid a 4-4 record.   Undefeated QBs since start of October (min. 4 starts)   Drake Maye 5-0 Bo Nix 5-0 Bryce Young 4-0   Bryce Young when asked about his mindset during game winning drives: "You don’t rise to the occasion you fall back to the level of your training."
    • 1. Cowboys-No explanation needed. 2. Rest of NFC South equally. If I had to pick I would say Falcons.    3. Eagles- Both of the games I have attended there the fans were so horrible. The fan base is so ridiculously misbehaved, I’ve never seen such immaturity. 4- Lions- I have cousins in Michigan that grew up Lions fans and they are some of the most obnoxious people I have ever met, as are all of their Lions buddies. The NFL has been lucky that Detroit has been in the cellar for its eternity.    5. Tie between Bears and Vikings. Both act like Steelers, Cowboys, Niners fans do with nostalgia and legendary seasons but neither have ever really had them. They act like they each won 5 super bowls in previous decades but never accomplished poo outside of Chicago in 85.
