I believe it'll be exactly like we envision yac everywhere a bunch of hard to cover wr. I clearly remember Byrd getting busy last year in the slot up in Green Bay I know he's fragile but I believe with what we present this season I believe someone will slip open often see CMC in the slot fourth quarter last week to many fast play making options. Play man Curtis can burn you off the line play zone will slip it in between coverage like the first drive to DJ to get us to the goal line only person who's not a threat is Mr tight back with no yac ability three have return ability and we've seen Wright get yac this year I've never seen Devin yac it up at all. No hate just trying to give explain why I think it'll be a dream situation for Cam if I repeat if we can make sure we all are on the same page each and every Dam Play that's going to be our hardest transition imo.

Byrd will never get his chance without injuries. Smith will probably be back and will play the X.

I think he realizes that even though he's the long time coach that with a new owner he's likely in an audition year. Tepper is a guy with ample NFL experience and he's likely been dreaming of owning his own franchise for years. You can't telle that a guy like that doesn't have a wish list of people he'd love to bring on to really out his stamp on this organization. Ron doesn't really need to give him a reason to fire him - he needs to give him a reason not to.

The whole Riverboat Ron thing is about coaching in the moment. Going for it on 4th and 2 isn't the only coaching moment.  If a guy is struggling, see it and make necessary adjustments. Stop worrying about physche and hurt feelings. If you drop 2-3 balls you should EXPECT coach to sit you.
