Does he wait till the Browns beat us by 3 TDs or after Saint's sweep us again? I think he should go ahead and do it this week. There's no point in hanging on to this head coach that we will never win a Super Bowl with.

Tepper doesn’t strike me as someone who would make an in season change.

I don't anticipate a mid-season firing simply because there's no upside to it. We don't have a young coordinator who is a possible HC candidate who could use an audition for a few games. IF Ron is fired mid-season it definitely won't happen until we're mathematically eliminated from playoff contention.
