Mixon actually stated that it was at the end of the TV station article, but that could just be covering his ass. He framed it to sound kind of like he was throwing the business owners a bone. 

The practice facility story I tend to believe because that was already making the rounds and Tepper himself has acknowledged it as something he wants. Any of the other stuff I'd probably put at around 50-50.

Why would they build anything other than a practice dome? Sounds more like he's trying to sell land for the Chamber of Commerce.

That would mean, Charlotte doesn't have an NFL, they just have a stadium. We are now the New Jersey to New York for the Jets and Giants.
