Mr. Tepper, everything you've done for this organization so far has impressed me

You have absolutely killed it in so many facets in the front office, in the community, and in the locker room. The Panther organization and their fans can again have pride in their team and know it is a class institution being lead by a quality human being.

But it's time to finish the job. 

Rid this team of the last vestiges of Jerry Richardson's legacy. Hurney and Rivera must go. If we must endure 4 more games so be it. But complete all the good work you've done so far and install the final pieces to steering this team in a new direction with only one ultimate destination.
