I agree, he has looked like his old pro bowl self at the end of the season and played last year hurt. I believe he would be a nice addition and would allow us to focus on d line, and replacing Captain M

Yep. Would be one less position we need to worry about and he’s been playing great lately. Linebackers are vital ina 4-3 and we don’t have to worry about that with him in the mix.

I agree. If we get a new coach/gm that may complicate things, but I hope they get a contract worked out.

Yes.  He and Luke are a unit that I'm very reluctant to break up.

Thomas will probably not be able to step down without being forced, but the time is not yet.

At the beginning of the year I would have said no. Right now I feel the complete opposite. He really has been good since he returned from his suspension. I would rather ditch Shaq and keep TD close to the vet min. We can’t make too many holes in a roster full of needs.

I just think it would benefit him being that he wants to play one more year and the Panthers, if he plays at the same level he has been lately on a team friendly deal. We already have to fill holes at DT, DE, nickel CB, maybe safety depending on signing Reid and if the rookie works out , guard, possibly tackle depending on Williams, Center, possibly backup QB.
