Why would anyone care that a bunch of Millionaires have to sit in traffic for 30 or 45 minutes to get to work? If they don't like it they can just buy a home closer to the new facility. 

I bet the commute is better than practices in a hotel ballroom.

I dont believe for a moment that most players live North of town but if they all did I wouldn't find it a valid reason for not building a new facility wherever they see fit.

The smart ones will just invest in a new area.

The nicest neighborhood are all down south anyway
