I’m hoping these are just blips in time like the Brees surgery.  And he comes out the other side like the Cam of before.

We have a decent line to protect him.  Weapons to throw to.  Hopefully we can find a decent backup running back to share the load a run the snot out of the ball this year.

Well said.

Yes the team went 11-5 but Cam didn't throw down the field well that season or really since the surgery. He's had range issues since middle of that 11-5 season and it's just gotten worse and worse. I do think the watt hit made everything that much worse though.

That 11-5 didn't mean jack poo really. We got 3x swept by the Saints and lost in the first round of the playoffs. Hardly a successful season.

Hard to put that playoff loss on cam... if we’d had even one good wr that game we’d have beaten the taints in their dome in the playoffs. That pass to kaelin clay hit him wide open as square in the hands as any pass I’ve ever seen...not to mention the funchess pass and the phantom intentional grounding call to give the saints the game.   That shits not on cam

Yea Cam did great that game. The rest of the team crapped that game for sure. However, we wouldn’t have had to play in the dome if cam didn’t completely poo the bed in Atlanta the game prior when the rest of the team was playing lights out. Would’ve had bye and played here.

team just has to be consistent all around.

Yeah i still don’t get what was with that Atlanta game.. cam played like ass... not sure why this team is so Jekyll and Hyde in big games...just  thought that playoff game in New Orleans was cam’s best full  game since the super bowl season. I hope that shoulder heals up this time, I want to see that dude sling it in norvs offense as opposed to shulas

I’m excited about this season but I want Cam to take his time at recovering. PT can do wonders. If done properly, you can get alot of your range back. Obviously I am not a surgeon and won’t pretend to be but I have had so many injuries and I’m not even an athlete lol. I torn my patellar tendon back in 08. That was a rough recovery. I’ve got some range back and did complete some PT to help. Hope he takes all the time he needs and does everything the doc tells him. The real test will be when he starts to throw.  I still believe that this kid will win us an Lombardi. Let’s go

Totally agree with that...don’t rush the dude back. He’s competitive as fug so of course he’s going to always push to play. The coach is the coach though and they have to protect the player from themselves sometimes

Labrum injuries usually never recover to 100%.

Hoping for the best

thanks to kelvin’s lazy fat ass Cam ran down an INT and dove/landed weird on that arm.

I’ve always respected Cam’s effort. Hate he got injured for it.
