When considering that all three play on a run first team, King is the most talented on this team because he is the best blocker. He also has great hands and is a good route runner. His only weakness is his speed. That is what Rosario and Barnidge have but they lack in blocking.

I will say that Rosario is constantly improving his blocking skills and I think could become the better TE eventually. But it is very rare to find a TE that is great at everything that the position calls for. Usually, you have to give up something in order to utilize the player's strengths.

rosario dawson = best tight end

as far as playing goes, though, dante rosario should be a WR. king is the best all around TE on the roster. barnidge could be given more opportunities and experience. he needs to be involved more.

the TEs should be playing a much larger role in the passing game.

i think barnidge is the most talented with his size and speed there is no reason for him to not be used more. for some reason he dropped on the depth chart below dante before the season. I dont understand why that happened but dante has looked good so i cant complain. i just wonder what happened to make him fall out of the starting line up in pre season. also i wonder what would have happened if he had been in the games instead of dante.

Okay, I believe that for pure tight end, King is the best.

That being said, I wholeheartedly agree that Rosario should be moved to WR3 position. Work him as the slot receiver and groom him to be Moose's successor. If you think Moose can layout a cornerback with a block, Rosario should be able to knock one of them into the third row of the stands.

Move him and get him trained up on the WR routes.

Barnidge shows promise, but he needs a bit of Stick'em on his gloves...

I'm not sure why everyone thinks Rosario should be switched to WR. He has great hands, but surely he doesn't have the speed to beat most DB's. The reason he's had success so far is because he's mainly been covered by Linebackers.

It's the whole mismatch thing. He's faster than most linebackers and much bigger than most corners.

I'm not so sure we need to switch his position entirely to benefit from these mismatches, but it couldn't hurt to line him up as a receiver every now and then.

    • If you need someone to run your multi-billion dollar business, maaayyyybe don't hire a guy whose previous work experience includes repeated blows to the head and literal brain damage but IDK.
    • Extrapolate that with every QB for that matter. I guarantee you there's quite a bit of missed opportunities and yards left on the field for everyone. Many NFL QBs deal with WRs not putting in A+ effort, subpar o-line play and other deficiencies. The great ones are able to rise above these issues and create opportunities for plays. Guys like Josh Allen and Patrick Mahomes can both play in and out of structure, as well as find ways to get yards when things break down and mask mistakes by throwing guys open, creating opportunities from nothing, etc. Bryce Young has only shown he's able to make things happen when the rest of the team picks up his slack. Very rarely does he create those opportunities himself. When this is a consistent pattern year after year with Bryce where he shows up lackluster, it's a concern. This is year three and he should be elevating the team as a first overall pick this franchise traded up for.  He was far from elevating anyone against JAX. In fact, he needed others to elevate and create for him. Excuses may be fine for a rookie, but this is year three for the first overall pick. Not looking good so far.
    • I think the worst issue is coaching. Countless bad snaps, XL not getting his feet in or trying on runs plays, our centre being down field when he didn't need to be. All seem to be from poor coaching for me. I believe Canales is to soft to rip the players a new one when the fug up. Plus I honestly believe that Canales is slow getting his plays in giving Bryce less time to diagnose and adjust to the defence. Don't worry I could of head butted Bryce for that fumble and the 4th down throw aways but the other plays are explainable to me
