Last time I went to TC, I leftd on the last day too. I was going my normal 72/keeping up with traffic........... then by the minute 30 unique cars blew me off the highway going no less than 90. 

Cannt believe a player carrys weed in their car, rookie move.

It is a big fuging deal.  What happens when he splatters some innocents all over the highway because he frigg'n believes the rules don't apply to him. Screw him.

Cruise control set to 14 over on highways. Insurance doesn’t get affected til 15 and cops know that. Pain of insurance going up is worse than ticket usually.  It’s not the speeding that kills people these days it’s the incessant need to swerve in and out of lanes to get one car ahead and ride bumpers (while texting on top of it). Knee jerk braking causes way more wrecks from what I see on 485 and I’m on it every other day from Huntersville to Ballantyne. Tailgating needs tickets more than speeding does

Got caught as he came into NC near that weigh station.  That section on both sides is all jammed with traffic with bumper to bumper slowdowns daily  saw 4 smokies on my way to the Heart Concert coming up 85 and 485 north. So I thought anything over 1/2 oz is a felony in NC. What it is in SC?

I agree with you to an extent, but I will say a higher rate of speed in a crash makes death or serious injury more likely.

Panthers defensive end Bryan Cox Jr., was cited on Wednesday with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and going 90 mph in a 65 mph speed zone on his way home from training camp in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Cox's 2015 Nissan was pulled on I-85 near Kings Mountain, N.C. "The club is aware that Bryan Cox Jr. was cited by law enforcement today,'' a team spokesperson said. "We are in the process of gathering information and have been in contact with the NFL and Bryan. We will have no further comment at this time.''
