Oh FFS! I didn’t count his PeeWee achievements either. This is one of the saddest in a long line of “reaches” to spread that sunshine.

Not fair at all. He came from a quality school and played left tackle in a bowl game against Alabama. Hardly pee wee.

Part of the motivation is that it was fun to shoot holes in your never played left tackle in his career assertion. LOL, you were wrong.  Now admit it instead of making excuses which is pee wee.

I have no idea. Not judging him either way off a couple snaps in a preseason game. But there has seemed to be an effort to keep him at RT for his career. College and pro. I hope he great. But what has happened since the season ended that would lead me to believe he is no doubt going to be solid? That’s all.

Okay, but what if he is good?  Then how would rookie Little not being better mean anything?

Lol. I got it now. I meant on the roster our 3 weak spots. That’s a hard question. It probably really depends on your strengths. I’d definitely put S in there if you’ve got an amazing pass rush. LG is typically the easiest OL, but I’d say I wouldn’t ignore it as bad as we have (UDFA and waiver wire only). Daley is a tackle first but he’s been the most capital we’ve spent at a guard like spot in the draft or FA.

"In the good old days" I would have put both OGs there, that has changed. In those same days, never would I have spent a draft pick on one before round three. Nelson Martin and Sheriff have made me change, O MY GOD the impact of not having to worry about in face pressure.... Plus Im still pissed about how Norwell, Kalil, and Turner didnt do better, but thats a different topic/day.

Honestly for the last three years Ive had no solid bottom three, my current belief is SS, OLB(not the 3-4 type), and FS.  Im just curious to see what others thinks, cause I see tons of safety hate. You just can not have a stud at every spot and somewhere on 22 spots there has to be a "weakness". I agree that if there a weakness, it maybe best right where the panthers have it currently.....

What does Little being good have anything to do with Williams being good?

If Williams is good, let Little have all the time he needs. But if he’s not, we are in trouble IF Little isn’t “ready.”.  Is this really that hard to understand?

I said LT is a "potential" big problem. All we have at this point is training camp and preseason games and LT and LG have not looked good.

Are you one of those posters that just likes to argue?

I feel we have better options at LT than we've had in awhile.

Nope, don't like to argue.

Which is the ENTIRE problem. We have all unproven options who have never played the position besides one game from Moton. And if we had confidence in Williams, why draft a project over a possibe Starter(or two).

You can put blind faith that DW is a good LT, like you do everything else to do with this team, but I’ll believe it when I see it..

Blind faith? Not even.  We have talent. Let the competition do its thing.

As far as your weak ass question, there are certain positions ya don't pass up on talent in the draft.

I don't wish to have a long drawn out debate with you, when I already know your not using any reasoning.

I was clearly speaking of his 4 year NFL career. Why didn’t he play any of the other games at LT in college. If you want to go back and use college, why didn’t his college coaches use him there before or after that. Was it the LT who never played a snap in the NFL?  So show me the holes in this one. One game in 7 years. How wrong was I....lol

No you don’t want to debate because I actually apply logic to every point where your position is already known by all.

Whatever the team does is right. No matter what. And if your reality was even close to true, the Panthers would have 10 consecutive Super Bowl wins.

What other reason have you given that has any merit. None. Same as always.

If you were only talking NFL you should have said so. You didn't and now are backpedaling and excuse making instead of admitting you were wrong

So why is Moton playing right tackle ? Because he can't play the left or they like him on the right? Maybe last year Moton played right tackle  because they liked Clark on the left because he was better on the left than the right.  Does that mean Moton can't play it?  Of course not.

Maybe Oklahoma already had someone they liked on the left so Williams played the right.  Or maybe we put our best tackle on the right because a number of great rushers like Von Miller, JJWatt, Khalil Mack, etc line up against the right tackle not left. Read the article and educate yourself
