Missing Practice (not just Newton)

Per various sources, Bruce Irvin, Rashaan Gaulden and Kawann Short have all been missing practice for the last few days.

Short was reportedly at practice today but not practicing.

I'm not sure if Irving is going to play a down for us.

Hamstrings linger. So do foot injuries. So much for our odd year theory.

I haven't looked it up but if I recall correctly, Irvin missed a fair amount of time last year (even as a part-time player).

He appeared in all 16 games last year. He had actually appeared in all 16 games for three consecutive seasons and had only missed 6 total games in his 7 season career, 4 of those coming during his second season in the league.

Not sure where this talk of Irvin being an injury prone player came from.

Blaming Hurney for a guy that really has no significant injury missing time for a pulled hamstring is dumb. Irvin has missed a total of 6 games in 7 seasons in his career going into this year.

Burns has been great replacing him so I’m not too worried. Saw that Burns is like 7th in the league in QB pressure rate.

Butler hasnt even been able to get a jersey the last 2 weeks.  Now he could get thrusted into the lineup

What has Gaulden done other than Hurney reaching and picking him in the 3rd round?
