finally cooled down and I feel like cooking again....pork loin, collards, sauteed squash and roasted potatoes.

A couple of weeks ago the boy & I made some sweet & spicy garlic pickles, yesterday we put a pork shoulder in a mojo marinade, this morning we put the shoulder on the cooker (just straight lump charcoal), fry up some ham & bacon to make cubanos.
