Yup, Williams got flattened on that blocked FG.  It could be seen plain as day on the replay.  Outside of RT, Williams is very average.  That is one FA we absolutely let walk this spring. However, it is an uneasy feeling to know Slye gets rattled so easily.  After that blocked FG, you could tell he was off his game.

Now we're gonna find out how good (or not) the guy really is. 

His capture rate dropped to 81% after today, not good. 

Over the last 2 seasons Butker's capture rate was over 91% and Gano's was over 92%.

No excuses, Slye put himself behind the 8-ball today.  Let's hope he responds well.

He was great on the right in ‘17. Don’t know if it’s changing sides or effects from the knee injuries, but yeah he’s been trash this year. Was better at guard, really hope Little gets healthy and stays healthy so we can keep Williams inside or off the field entirely.
