Question regarding the time frame on this...

I know that Newton wasn't made a captain for his first few seasons. I don't remember for certain what year it first happened.

My question would be this: Was Williams actually still on the squad when Newton was made a captain?

If the years don't match, that would be a pretty obvious tell.

Cam's first year as captain was 2013. DWill was released in the 2014 off-season.
