But also, with regard to our prior season in that particular spotlight, it would seem head coach Ron Rivera didn't necessarily enjoy the experience all that much.

You would pay to watch ol' Bilichek have his own reality series after he hangs it up.  Do fun things to him like make him babysit 8 grandchildren alone, or survive a night clubbing with Gronk.

I still need to finish watching y’all season, I only have I think the last episode to watch. I binged it the night it was released and was starting to crash before the last episode so I was going to save it for the next day, then my PS4 got fried in a lighting storm that day. LOL.

Could definitely see how Rivera wouldn’t want to do another show, however he may not have a choice; y’all may get forced into doing “Hard Knocks” next year if y’all miss the playoffs and keep Rivera again.

Apologies, friend. How callous of me!

One good thing is currently there are quite a few other “eligible” teams that can be forced into doing it depending on how this season shakes out with the playoffs and which teams subsequently make coaching changes.

Eligible teams unlikely to make a HC change

• Cardinals (Kingsbury going into 2nd year)
• Broncos (Fangio going into 2nd year)
• Titans (Vrabel going into 3rd year, doing decent)
• Jaguars (as long as they don’t bomb)

Eligible teams possibly making a HC change

• Panthers
• Giants
• Jets
• Steelers
• Lions

More than likely playoff contenders

• Packers
• Vikings
• 49ers
• Bills

So that’s 9 teams in the first two groups that are eligible (if a new coach isn’t hired) which is a big jump from last year where there were only 5 eligible teams that could’ve been forced (49ers, Giants, Lions, Raiders, and Redskins).

We now know that a team can be forced by the league to do it, as the Eagles said they were picked by the league and had no choice and wouldn’t have done it otherwise. I’d bet we were forced into as well, but who knows.

Fire his ass and he’ll never have to worry about his team being on a show like that ever again.

BB is such a good field general he would probably have the 8 kids running a run stuffing 3-4 and Gronk would arrive at 9:30 to the club to game plan.
