Game day!  Oddly enough I'm eating healthy today.  Salmon with spinach and tomatoes.  To balance things out, there will also be Fritos and cheese dip, and beer.

I’m making copycat Popeyes style fried chicken sandwiches with waffle fries and spicy slaw on the side (or sandwich, if you’re fancy like that)

Chicken chilling in the buttermilk mixture in the fridge as I type.
