Ability to throwing the ball and stop the pass are the bigger indicators of success in the league now.

For defense:

Top 10 rushing defenses winning percentage: 0.560

Top 10 passing defenses winning percentage: 0.598

For offense:

Top 10 rushing offenses winning percentage: 0.652

Top 10 passing defenses winning percentage: 0.554

All of these are based on yards per game statistics.

The Seahawks overcame 4 turnovers including a fumble on the 49ers 2 yard line and still dug down and found a way to get a big road win. Things happen over the course of a football game, even CMC had a fumble that we were fortunate to recover.

But if we can't stop the run and keep getting bullied in the trenches, this team won't go far, no matter who is at QB.

Kyle can manage a game to victory. We can't ask him to put the team on his back and win a shootout/climb out of a huge hole created by the defense.

24-16 is a shootout?

No I wouldn't say ask him to put the team on his back, but we can certainly cut down on the turnovers, especially late in games.

doesn't always matter if you can stop the pass...if you can't stop the run though.

Kyle Allen quits fumbling the damn ball and throwing interceptions. If he didn’t throw a damn red zone interception and fumble a snap when the game was still early and close, we would’ve won even if GB had rushed for 500 yd.

Hahaha....hey guess what....Russel threw a damn inteception too during crunch time at 49ers vs Seahawks game......good god it fuging happens to them all.  But he hung in there and still managed to finish the game because of the TEAM effort.  Kyle made mistakes and still hung in there and brought us close to tieing the game against Greenbay in the freaking snow....but the TEAM effort especially run D was piss poor and sadly CMC couldn't punch it in due to a miss block!!!  It feels like we're the only team that can give up a freaking 3rd and 10 or 12 or even 19 every damn time, it is infuriating!

:100_Emoji_42x42: this. Our trenches need major work in the offseason. IDK WTH has happened to our defense and our OL play has been spotty since SB50.
