Revisiting the "shakeup" talk

December 30th looks to be a bloodbath on the football side of things. This whole franchise on the football side needs a complete rebuild, from the medical staff to equipment managers. Hell, overhaul the grounds crew while we're at it.

I expect the first shoe to drop will be Hurney, then after that, Rivera. Let the new staff decide how to deal with Cam.

You wanna destroy an organization from within? The leader doing this is the #1 way to do it.

The best business advice I've ever gotten is to "bitch up". You can't let your team feel your frustrations.

Could you elaborate a bit more on that term? I'm not sure I understand what "bitch up" is supposed to mean.

Complain up the ladder, not down. Want to vent your frustrations? Do it to you boss. Don't have a boss that will allow you to vent? Well, that sucks. Your boss sucks.

Understood, though I think the relevant question here would be if he's venting "within the building", who is he venting to

If he's talking about Rivera and Hurney, then obviously he isn't talking to them. And I wouldn't imagine he's talking to their subordinates either, so who?

Only thing I can figure: I know there are people in the building who are Tepper employees but not necessarily Panther employees (personal assistants and such). Overall though, I think it's probably safest to say most of the people in question are probably outside the building. It'd jibe with what Person and others are hearing from other NFL front offices.

I remember last year someone claiming that “my sources say Ron was already removed and is just there for a couple more weeks to tie up loose ends”.

It is all hearsay and speculation.

Well, to be fair, that was one of our resident board nimrods just looking for attention.

What we're hearing these days comes from legit sources.
