He might have been, but to overlook this injury and possible long term effects or the potential for reinjury has to be accounted for, making him absolutely lesser of a prospect. He's not the sure thing that he once was. He has a very real risk that comes with him

For whatever reason, it seems to be impossible to be a good passer in the NFL throwing left handed.  I used to dismiss it as coincidence, bu there's just way too much data right now.

The pass left handed qb of the past 20 years was Vick, but even he wasn't a very good passer.

The Golden Calf of Bristol and Leinart were huge busts.  You have to go back nearly 40 years to find a successful left handed QB

In the 35 years since Young was drafted, there have been dozens of busts drafted to be left handed quarterback

If you think it's just mere coincidence, you're not good with statistics

If Tua did manage to be the first non bust left handed quarterback drafted in the past 4 decades, at least we could stop worrying so much about the left tackle position

There haven’t been many big name left handed QBs come out if the draft in a while. I think most of them play baseball because of its advantage against hitters...

this isnt a question, of course we do. at this point, cam probably won't be back, i'd love for him to be back but it's probably just not happening. tua is the best qb prospect in the draft and is the only qb prospect that i am personally high on at all. i'd either roll the dice on tua or just tank till lawrence and fields.
