Snap Counts - Brian Burns is barely on the team

It is really strange how little Burns is seeing the field.

I was gonna ask if anybody had seen Burns yesterday but then I thought I'd wait until the snap counts came out.

Fewell had said last week that he'd be playing more. So much for that.

Especially weird given that we were mostly in 3-4 yesterday.

They made such a big deal about this switch to 3-4 and then drafted burns who is perfect for it. then they went back to 4-3 or 4-2-5 leaving burns left out. This whole defense is a mess.. they don't know what they want to be besides terrible

Fewell is doing a good job.....of showing why he's been relegated to position coach for the last several years.

Between him and Washington the defense doesn't have a chance. Results the last couple weeks should not be surprising.

The scheme switch has pretty much turned out to be a disaster.

I would imagine he is injured.

I mean it can't be because he is a liability vs the run. 

Those would be the only two valid reasons.  I wouldn't be surprised if after the season he has his hand worked on or something like that.

were they in 3-4 a lot yesterday? I was only able to catch glimpses of the game. If that's true, then he's done something to the coaching staff to make them all hate him. Maybe next year we can get some use out of a solid first round pick

Zero excuse for this other than him having an injury that we didn’t know about...which shouldn’t be the case being that he wasn’t listed on the injury report. I cannot fugging wait for this season to end.

Yeah, we were.

Ummm....none of the draft picks from this year are playing.
