They were previously stating they were gonna keep Schaffer around till after the draft, even though he knew he was being replaced.

That sounded like a pretty dumbass idea.

Yea, it sounded stupid. In reality it was probably even dumber than it sounded.... which was really stupid sounding as you said. Lol

Outside of DC jack, thats nearly the whole 2019 panthers staff. What a joke rivera is, how do he pull this much power?? Rivera is acting as GM, president, HC, VP, and part owner it seems. 

Panthers are rumored to hiring assistants form big-time power Baylor.
