And how many of those guys on that list, were signed by the Panthers?

What?

Sorta shifting the goal posts from your original statement.  Brad Hoover, Jake Delhomme, and Sam Mills were UDFAs who played here.

https://www.derp/2018/5/22/17378036/nfl-undrafted-free-agents-play-more-often-than-you-probably-think

In 2017 there were 774 NFL players who appeared in at least 40-percent of offensive or defensive snaps. A total of 133 of these 774 players (17-percent) were UDFAs.

THAT IS 1 of every 6 regular players was an UDFA.

See, facts like these paint a better picture than making a statement and determining it to be true because you found 1 example to support it.

lol at the luke only fans tearing down this kid all because he’s not luke. sorry guys but jordan “baby goat” kunaszyk is the future of this team and you can either support him or go pull for another team. sick of these player fans.

Baby GOAT (thumbs up)

I'm not saying he'll be the answer but he damn sure will have the opportunity to try.

Jordan K ran about a 4.8 at the combine, and that caused him to drop out of the bottom part of the draft--

But if he demonstrates Luuuukish intelligence, reads quickly, I do not see why he would not be a person who could become a starting LB--his tape in college does not look slow at all.

I would then put Shaq at SLB and probably look at Carter at WLB--if we were going with the roster as is.

Jake was in the league for 5 prior years before signing with Carolina .Sam Mills was already a HOF by the time he got to Carolina.

Your comment "that's why he went undrafted" was your point.  You're saying because he was undrafted he has no potential to replace Luke. We've showed you plenty of proof that a UDFA can make a team and start.

You're backpedaling worse than a shitty CB against an elite WR.

Have the balls to stick to your guns that you don't think a UDFA is worthy of playing in this league.

I can show you that you can find elite rbs, ols, pass rushers, dbs, etc after the 4th round too. That doesn’t mean that’s the way it should be done. I’m not back pedaling in no ways. Kunaszyk is a JAG. He will be exactly that. Every year, there’s a scrub that Panthers fans get overly obsessed with. I guess Kunaszyk is that guy in 2020.

Shaq Thompson is the future at middle linebacker. Y’all can quit the “who’s replacing Luke” topic.

He no doubt is and I dont understand why hes so underrated around here, the guy hasn't had the opportunity to shine yet. People forget what Luke looked like playing ROLB until Beason got hurt and he moved to MLB. The biggest difference in the 43 between these two positions is the MLB can be involved in every play not just the plays that flow to his side and he will be backpedaling into center field giving him more opportunities to make plays.

    • You don't have to go through every game and point it out as we are discussing his GWDs. You specifically called out that he had GWDs because he is the reason the team is always playing from behind. We looked at those eight games and only Miami stands out as one where he put the team in a hole to begin with. You've added the Atlanta game where the team didn't score a TD but only kicked field goals. You're not trying to change what we're discussing to fit your feelings re: Bryce. That's not necessary. We are discussing GWDs per the thread topic. We have also shown that your opinion that the team has had to always come back due to Bryce was proven to be false as was the claim that "minus one game" was his fault. Appealing to emotion afterwards by trying to broadly paint the rest of the losses in the same way just doesn't work. Where in the Hell did you get that the entire point is the suggestion that BY is more clutch than Jake and/or Cam? It's giving something to be positive about in that Bryce has shown the ability to comeback and win games despite the calamity that might have taken place to put them behind to begin with. How is that blasphemy?
    • His run blocking is making up for his negatives in pass blocking right now.  He’ll still have pass blocking hiccups, but if they think he’s a critical part to the locker room and team construction, you probably re-sign him and try not to overpay.
    • Callahan is gone McDaniel and Taylor are happening Stefanski is a growing possibility. I mean, they need to get an offense going eventually.  Could see Morris as a surprise one.
