Hollis Thomas doing better than Kemoeatu?

Thomas is doing well, but Maake has always been underrated.

that's a good play, but maake's problem has always been lack of penetration. he clogs running lanes and takes up two blockers, and he's definitely no slouch because of it... but Meeks' system needs a DT that can get pressure, collapse the pocket. Maake couldn't do that. Hollis Thomas can - and does.

Thomas > Kemo

Dude can get push up the middle AND take up space. It's a lot better than having what used to seemingly be a 3 man rush for the past several years. after 2005, when we lost bruckner and pig farmer, we've only had 3 man rushes. so our pass rush as a whole suffers, our secondary suffers. our DEs suffer.
