I'm loving everything I've heard from Rhule, Brady and Snow so far. "If a guy believes you can make him better, he'll listen to you." This is particularly helpful with young, cocky guys like Donte Jackson. It'll be interesting to see what Snow and his DB coaches can get out of Donte next year.

Ya. I’d rather luke running the D then this idiot. This will not end well.

Wow, what's your deal?

Snow rattles off a few vague answers on a conference call after being on the job for a couple of weeks (one of which was spent scouting at the Sr. Bowl) and he's an idiot?

Snow wasn't my first choice for DC and I have concerns, but those answers seem par for the course of a newly hired Coordinator.

44 years of experience. Wants to play fast, physical and create turnovers... I don't see the issue yet. Maybe check back in September after the roster takes shape, there's some mini camps, pre-season and a regular season game or two before climbing out on the ledge.

I'm not sure how much or well he knows our roster yet but it's encouraging he is already talking about not having enough big bodies. The rest sounds very vague but noting bad, completely what I hoped to hear this long into the process. If he can pull of running a above average D I think the gruff will be fun to watch.

I noted, it he quoted the same thing Rivera did when he was hired. As a footnote for the years to come.

Plus he’s hasn’t beat a single ranked team in his tenture in college and we want to put him in charge of an NFL team? He coached on a team that went 0-16.

I get we literally have 4 and 1/2 that started on D last year and literally have to rebuild our entire defense. He gets a year benefit of the doubt. I’m not that much of an asshole.

But, I don’t see this year going all that well after the “new” runs off. Especially with Cam and CMC.

Plus we need an entire OL.

Dont get me wrong if we kick ass I’ll eat crow and be more than happy to do so. I’m concerned for the future of the team honestly right now. This team had too much dignity to be Browns of the NFL, I am seriously concerned for our future.
