Bucs get any semblance of a QB next year and they are going to cause a lot of trouble....they are loaded with talent that Winston just can't exploit enough on a consistent basis..........

Atlanta may win the division but peter out in the playoffs............Aints may lead during the year but may have injury issues at the QB position.

Panthers have way too many questions marks to even consider what they do..........odds are they will look pretty pedestrian for a few years with or without Cam........

I agree. If they get Rivers, and he is just adequate, they could challenge for the division.

Cam Newton with comeback player of the year, throws for 4k yards and 42 tds. Runs for 450 yds and scores 7 tds.

Moore- 1450 yds 7 tds

Curtis- 900 yds 11 tds

CMC 1100 yds 7 tds

Ian- 700 yds 10 tds

Everyone else- 500 yds 7 tds

Puff puff pass.

I don't know, he has three 20+ INT seasons. I think people underestimate that offense with a gunslinging QB. It will produce a lot of TO's naturally.

It does. Carson Palmers first season with Arians, he threw 22ints but after that I was all single digits. I have read it takes getting use to.

problem with Jameis is that he has show t a history of throwing ints NOT in this offense too...I think Bucs go hard for Teddy.

Jameis has never even had a 20 INT season before this past year. Compare that to a guy like Favre who had 6 seasons of 20+ INT's.

People saying Panthers are funny.  This team has more holes than a  slice of Swiss cheese.

I suggest those folks listen to the in depth roster breakdown podcast over on the riot report.  Its a fair look at exactly what we are dealing with in regards to how the players played, contracts etc.

Spoiler alert:  It aint pretty

    • 7-3 in 1 score games is not sustainable.  Like at all.  Canales needs to figure this poo out stat
    • It's not optimistic at all. He has an unquestionably higher ceiling than Bryce. He played better than Bryce in his EXTREMELY limited action. That doesn't mean he is will be signficantly better than Bryce nor does that mean he should be a guy you put all your eggs in his basket. But if you want a valid option to replace Bryce when he fails in 2026, he is a very, very valid option. The one thing you cam say for Willis in the limited action is that from his time in Tennessee until now, you see consistent improvement. That isn't something you see with Bryce. I made a QB Success Metric and one thing that stood out from the data was how many 6th and 7th round "shots in the dark" that teams took. That was very eye opening. I don't think we do that enough. Frankly, unless we are happy with our #2 and/or #3 QB, that should be something we do at LEAST once every other season. And all the depth that we lack almost across the entire roster. Now you see why I say the roster is so bad?  So you think we should extend him? That's fine in theory but while we played whack a mole at QB, the entire roster kept getting worse and so did the QB. Just because the roster is bad doesn't mean you just give up with a bad QB. I would hope no one here is advocating for throwing a giant bag of money at Malik Willis or really a chunk of these options. That has no value at all.
    • Has TMac not been healthy? And in Cokers ten games we have like a below .500 record.  The reality is if Young doesn't grow, this team will be at best where it is again. It's extremely hard to win with a QB that is producing so little.
