It's almost as if Greg, Luke, Gerald, etc. know something we don't know. Or, do know.

He only came here because of Cam.lol

All this tells me is our vet players are leaving because they know this is going to be a rebuild project. It's why Luke retired, it's why Greg wanted out, it's why Gerald is leaving.

Luke retired for health reasons, and Olsen directly refuted the notion that he didn't care to be part of a rebuild.

Others? Maybe. But I also get the impression we're not exactly trying all that hard to keep them.

Make of it what you will. Not that this would prevent it, but I don't really see it as all that likely we were bringing him back anyway.

He made 15 tackles and $8m.  5 of them were sacks, because he did not give a crap about the run.

He played like a Buccaneer in 2019.

Is there a verbal rebellion going on?  It sure seems public statements are ambiguously anti-Tepper.  I recall the same kind of mutinous comments when good ole Marty was replaced by company man Gettlemen.  We should not assume that players' preferences serve the best interest of the fans---they want money and security, as we all do.

I've seen a comment or two that's raised an eyebrow and made me ask "wonder what he meant by that".

I do think it's generally acknowledged that with Richardson and Marty in charge, it was all about making the players happy. If we also happened to win, well hey that's cool too.

I could see some dislike for Tepper happening if that environment is changing.
