Older veterans like Irvin were a big part of Rivera's MO. Makes complete sense that we'll be moving on from those guys.

That was Ron's downfall---think about all the players who were sent to his "doghouse."  Norman, Butler, Thomas--Ron was not one that we could count on for developing talent.  He buried it.

We can't run the 4-3 this year. We have one 4-3 DE and 3 3-4 rush ends. Snow has said he will fit the system to the players. Which has been a common theme for both offense and defense.
