REPORT: Panthers pick up 2020 option on 0-lineman

  Panthers picked up 2020 option for G Chris Reed.

  The Panthers claimed Reed off of waivers in December. He's expected to add depth and competition along the offensive line. Reed has played in 33 games since entering the league in 2016.

report that the Panthers have picked up the 2020 option on G Chris Reed. Would expect him to compete not only for depth, but could be a sneaky option at the LG spot if GVR leaves. Started 25 games in JAX 2016-18.

I swear the O-Line absolutely needs to be addressed this season. How many multiple seasons have we been bitching about it now? I know I have been screaming it for years. If we can't get that solidified then we are going to be in no better shape then we have been in past seasons. Cam or no Cam, the next QB is going to get killed.
