SAH may be lifting for Co but its under pretty reasonable restrictions.

  • No gatherings of more than 10
  • Retail reopens with extreme distancing (60% capacity)
  • Personal services (salons and tattoos etc) can resume with restrictions
  • Vulnerable populations must stay home
  • Offices at 50% and telecommuting still preferred

Its not a free for all

I think there's gonna have to be some serious wrist slapping for that message to resonate. My wife's office is literally going back to business as usual on Monday. Her boss was sending out texts of jubilation during the presser while my wife and all of her coworkers were texting each other "WTF?! Is she actually listening to the words coming out of this man's mouth???"

Phase 1 reopening has still got a lot of restrictions and time before even getting to Phase 2 and so one before getting to Phase 3.  If you don't meet the requirements or if things heat up, then you can't move to the next Phase or might even have to back up

We are meeting on Thursday to decide what this means for our company and how we can get folks back in the office in a way they feel safe and actually are safe.

Its impossible to go back to the office and be "safe."  All you can do is try to avoid obviously dumb poo.

Dude we have 15 employees and 3200 sq ft.  Its totally possible for us to set desks far enough apart and set up a team rotation that lets our staff experience some of the camaraderie and closeness they were accustomed to prior to our work from home mandate that hit before the SAH order from our Governor.

Let's start with 2 basic questions, just as an example.

1. How are each of the 15 of you going to get into the building?  Do you have 15 separate entrances?  Did you hire someone to wipe down the entrance after every person?

2. Should we talk about what happens when you have to go to the bathroom?

Obviously there's more, but those should tide your brain over for a little bit.  We have 5,000 sq ft for 11 of us, and that reality hit us.  Its a good thing that this isn't quite as contagious and deadly as the movies.

    • The lack of discipline has seriously been our downfall the last month. Seems like we just went off course this last month and Lee won't address it. You can't just live and die by the 3 when you can attack the paint and at worst draw a foul
    • Great season regardless of what happens. From starting out 4-14 to ending 44-38 is incredible progress and future is bright from here. I do think we can beat the Heat and then win on the road against either Orlando or Philly assuming Embiid doesn’t miraculously return sooner. But if not, a higher draft pick is nice too
    • I know a DT that's asking for a trade: 🤔 maybe a home discount can be worked out. Dan Morgan could create up to $80 million in space through restructures of stars like Derrick Brown, Jaycee Horn, or Taylor Moton. They could also include players like Tershawn Wharton ($18.6M cap hit) in the trade to balance the salaries. Carolina Receives: DT  Dexter Lawrence II New York Receives: 2026 2nd Round Pick (No. 51 Overall): A premium Day 2 selection that fits the for  Lawrence  after his 0.5-sack season in 2025. WR  Xavier Legette : A young, high-upside receiver who provides the playmaking depth HC John Harbaugh needs for his offense. 2026 4th Round Pick: Immediate mid-round value. 2027 4th Round Pick (via MIN): Future capital acquired in the  Adam Thielen  trade.  ----- Stone Forsythe* (another young player as a potential trade option)provides immediate offensive line retooling for HC John Harbaugh.    John Harbaugh's history in Baltimore proves he values draft volume over individual superstars.    Just my 2cents
