I mean what if Rhule is pretty much the shadow GM already? Or would be made GM too eventually?

Rhule said before he was even in consideration that he wanted to be in a program that was coach centric.

if his old friend Pat Stewart gets elevated to the GM job, then for all intents and purposes Rhule will be the ruler of Pantherland.

I'd be willing to bet Bienemy goes to Houston and does decently with Watson.

He's without a doubt going to be offered a job this upcoming season.

Seems like this expectation was pretty much consensus going into last off-season.

Wonder why it didn't happen?

I honestly hope we at least try to offer him a super contract to see if he wants to run offense or be a HC and we'll have to pay up if we want to keep him long term anyway.

We're going to have to start scoring more points first. No, Teddy isn't a TD scorer but he never has been. Brady wanted him though, so it's still up to him to figure out how to convert yards into points with Teddy.

See, the disconnect on this comes in because people want to look at this logically. That's great. I do too.

Then I remember that some NFL teams idea of logic has been to hire fired college coaches, one year coordinators, young position coaches and Lane Kiffin.

Tepper will do so.  Money won't stand in the way of retaining Brady.

I wonder if terms could be added to contracts, like not being able to seek head coaching oppurtunities for x number of years
