Trask doesn’t exactly have tons of weapons around him. That’s seeing his numbers this year and not really digging into the games. Our WR core has been underperforming for years. Kyle Pitts is the best tight end in college football for sure but the WRs are suspect. Tony has been much better this year but you also need to remember that Trask is playing for the same guy who produced Dak and Alex Smith. 
 

Trask doesn’t have a cannon, no. But his arm is nowhere near as bad as this board tries to make it sound. 
 

And our run game sucks. So no weapons there.

Trask has plenty of Weapons.  Dude has one of the best TEs to come out in several years, and a WR  (Tony) who is currently SHOOTING up scouts boards right now.

 

His arm isnt Baaaaad.  But again, its almost identical to what Mason Rudolph's was.  He will be a solid backup, but not a chance im taking him as a franchise guy.

Trask has Tony when he feels like showing up and Pitts. That’s not tons of weapons. It’s a down two years for our oline and our running game is almost nonexistent. You named the two other guys on offense who have talent. That’s it. He’s better than Mason Rudolph.

Catch me on most "other games" threads...

Burrow was far better as a rookie on an atrocious team than Teddy's ever been in his life. Period.
