The problem with benching Bridgewater is that he's still the best quarterback on the roster.

It's pretty hard to imagine that happening as long as we're still in the playoff race. Once we're eliminated, then who knows?

Oh we are eliminated, make no mistake about that.  But Teddy will start as long as he is healthy.  But the team has some decisions to make at QB in the off-season.

that's exactly what it is. makes me wonder if things are coming apart at the seams for a couple of these guys, whether it's teddy or joe brady

The only reason he is here instead of Newton is Brady’s sorry ass

bridgewater should get down on his hands and knees and thank god  every day for joe Brady and the dumb ass that have him $63 million

It really is pretty simple

against a defense that was number 27 against the run and number 23 against the pass

And with the defense scoring two TDs

teddy and the wonderkin Brady

lost

Teddy B should get a nose ring, because he needs to pretty the stink

    • I don't really care as much about athleticism and arm strength.  While Murray might be better in that regard, I think Bryce has enough of both to do well in the NFL. The main reason this trade reference is silly is the money and the fact that Murray has been around a long while and hasn't proven that he can perform consistently when the game is on the line.  Bryce has shown that he can play well in the clutch (in the few opportunities he has had).
    • If Bryce can continue the level of play he showed after the benching, then there's a good shot we at least compete to win the division. Tampa is a solid team but even last year in our week division they went 10-7 and will be on their 4th OC in as many years. The Saints are a mess and are in a mist of a half rebuild half still trying to compete mode and will probably be starting a rookie QB. The Falcons are a wild card as they have a really good offense but are we really crowning Michael Penix as a franchise QB after just 3 games?  The only thing I want out of this season is for Bryce to come out and without a shadow of a doubt prove he's our franchise QB. If that happens then most of the fanbase would be happy and I believe we'd be in a good place record wise at the end of the season. Maybe falling just short of winning the division with a chance to sneak in as a wild card team.
