They don't use QBR at all because that formula is proprietary and unpublished.

ESPN would be your source for that but I don't think they make that kind of thing available to the public. You can take quarter stats and plug it into the QB Rating forumla(PFR has a calculator on their site).

So basically the Detroit game was an anomaly and it looks like Snow was correct to blitz less and that fans shouldn't form opinions off of one game.

Lets be honest, for the majority of uneducated fans blitzing more is always the answer to them, and honestly when coaches talk about blitzing more it is just to appease those very same fans.
