I would be ecstatic if the Aints took Teddy off of our hands and give us something of value in the process. I doubt Coach Vicodin is quite as dumb as he looks.

They have no cap space and they literally traded up to fug us in the last draft. I kind of doubt this will happen.

But Teddy’s contract has offsets, if we cut him they can sign him for vet minimum and we pay the rest of his salary to 10 mil

He has some guaranteed money in 2021($10 mil). I am not really envisioning a scenario where a team that is $65+ mil over the cap has that much to spend on Teddy.

Send him to the Saints in a heart beat. I’m pretty sure we free up quite a bit of Cap by trading him compared to cutting him. Plus I’d rather him start for them and not us

They already have a QB on the roster almost as expensive. They have to shed $70+ mil in salary this offseason, I don't think they are going to be trading for players that are expensive.
