Based on what, a hope and a dream?

The dude has produced.  He made $10 million last year.  He's out produced Curtis Samuel and done so consistently despite playing in fewer games.  Curtis is gonna get $10 million.

The only knock on Fuller is injuries and the PED suspension.  Someone will take the chance that he's past that stuff.  For Amari Cooper level production, someone will risk it.
