CMC has been a great leader for this team. I don't know of any other RB has takes charge like he does.

He's always been a great teammate and professional about his craft. In regards to other running backs you don't see that much because fewer and fewer teams are building around the position or making one the face of their franchise. Hopefully the Panthers are the team to buck that trend but time and history are not on our side at the moment.
