They didnt fake being a Panthers fan for years, then jump ship and reveal true colors once their favorite player left.

Who faked being a Panthers fan? I was up front from the beginning I was a fan of Cam. And didn’t even post about him during those 5 years. How do you root for a QB and not want his team to win.

I was told to be around for when the team proved last year they would have a winning season. So I stuck around. Still waiting. Anything else you want to make up?

We were the 8th worst team last year, why would you think we’ve gotten worse? Seriously, we’re going to have to cut some really good players to get down to 53. Not to mention our schedule isn’t exactly loaded.

Again, I’m not talking about my predictions.  I’m talking about simply understanding how the outside might view us and getting that.

only 5 teams had worse records than us last year.   We are coming off back to back 5 win seasons.  We added Sam Darnold to replace Teddy.

what would make a random fan think we are going to be noteworthy better this year?  Every team added rookies they are high on helping them

I think we win between 7-9 games.  Which is close to where I think we could of got last year with a healthy CMC.  If CMC goes out this year? I’d bump us down to 4-5ish.  I like Chubba but a rookie Chubba probably isn’t going to be what Mike Davis was for us last year.

Lol no one predicted a winning season last preseason.  I was called a homer by 90%of the board for predicting 5 wins and saying we had no chance at the number 1 pick.

How many boards do you visit, I think you are getting them confused

you’re the one complaining people don’t agree with you.

when you don’t agree with them, it’s you having your own, honest opinion. when they don’t agree with you, you complain that it’s an echo chamber.

make up your mind. can people have their own opinions or not?

No. That’s how you want to read it. As I’ve said, specifically, my fandom is not an opinion. It’s used to dismiss any statements. You want to tell me I’m wrong, just tell me why. Pretty simple. But that doesn’t happen. It’s always “but you a Steelers fan” so what you said doesn’t exist. Yet the problems I bring up remain. Bring up anything you want to. Let’s discuss. Just leave your PomPoms at the door.

Not even close. It’s comical that my fandom is the only reason to disregard my comments. Not the issue, or content. I welcome any and all statements that can show any flaws or anything wrong with my comments. But going straight to my fandom just shows these posters can’t refute what I’m stating with any logic or facts.

Then complain daily that people actually give their honest opinions on a message board. Most of this board wants an echo chamber. There’s an entire group of posters that have been labeled as negative when in truth they have predicted nearly everything that’s happened over the last couple years. I’m willing to revisit any thread or topic for proof.

Your pathological need for validation probably stems from your helicopter mother always telling you how spacial you are.

Now as a big boy, you seek validation on message boards. It is sad really. The good news? Well, just know you are not alone. There are people who can help you. But you have to want to change.

So all the Teddy threads, all the “winning culture” instead of not spending 80M for nothing threads?

How did that work out? How many people did you call out in those? Or should I just post them. Funny how most of the same “negative” posters were on top of all this too. Imagine that.

the Teddy fans fell off the wagon really quickly when it became clear he wasn't able to win. If you watched the games, you would have seen that the team out performed their talent level and expectations.

you can also see how this organization is vastly different from those of the past by how quickly they cut bait with Teddy. he wasn't they guy, so they kicked him to the curb immediately. if Darnold struggles, he'll be out the door, too.

so yes they have created a winning culture. it's not about making people feel good, it's about step up or go somewhere else.

Ok. Now that grandson’s tournament is over….

There’s a few to get you started. Plenty more. Seems the same people are correct about a lot of things. And the same optimists hardly ever are. Why is that?

    • I find it funny those who continue to hate on Bryce based on his rookie year when he had zero weapons or offensive line have a problem with those of us projecting his career from the 8-9 games where he played like a top 10 QB and made more big time throws during that period than any other QB.  The stats may bot have been there in terms of yards or TD passes but that’s coming as the roster improves. For those who think physical traits can overcome roster deficiencies we all witnessed how Mahomes looked under pressure that Bryce faced for most of his rookie year, we saw what happened with Stroud in similar circumstances.  None of us were creating posts proclaiming Bryce as the next Brady but we can’t just sit idly while thread after thread is created continuing with the  anti Bryce tropes  instead of supporting him and just letting him continue to develop.
    • To me Bryce's ceiling is his backup, Andy Dalton, in his prime.  Sure, he may get us some winning seasons and may even get us to the playoffs on occasion, but with an early exit.  To me he doesn't have what it takes to be elite and it takes an elite QB to consistently get deep into the playoffs.  He's not Jackson, he's not Mahomes and he's not even Allen.  In an organization like Philly, he possibly could have what it takes to make a deep run, but let's face it...Philly is well oiled machine and and we are a GMC Grimlin.
    • If he was he would still be in the league.... Cam never learned to play QB without relying on his athletism and rocket arm.
