Our 20 year old rookie drops a career high 38 points and the team around him still finds a way to lose. We've been attached to some of these players and we all love them but if someone needs to be moved so we can get a real C I guess it's time to get it done.

preview of tonights game

njury report:
CHA: Gordon Hayward: questionable (re-conditioning), Jalen McDaniels: out (left ankle sprain)

CLE: Darius Garland: out (back), Lauri Markkanen: out (ankle), Collin Sexton: out (knee), Ricky Rubio: out (knee).

The Cavs and Hornets are the two best surprise contenders in the Eastern Conference this season.

These teams have already matched up twice this year, with each picking up a win. The Hornets won by 11 back on Oct. 22 and the Cavs took a 113-110 win on Nov. 1.

Charlotte’s offense ranks 29th during their two-game skid while the defense remains in the top-half of the NBA. The Hornets have not yet beat the “we need Hayward” allegations. For a team that relies a lot on shot-making, it’s a necessity to have a reliable three-level creator for when shots inevitably aren’t falling, even for short stretches within games. That’s Hayward.

    • The lack of discipline has seriously been our downfall the last month. Seems like we just went off course this last month and Lee won't address it. You can't just live and die by the 3 when you can attack the paint and at worst draw a foul
    • Great season regardless of what happens. From starting out 4-14 to ending 44-38 is incredible progress and future is bright from here. I do think we can beat the Heat and then win on the road against either Orlando or Philly assuming Embiid doesn’t miraculously return sooner. But if not, a higher draft pick is nice too
    • I know a DT that's asking for a trade: 🤔 maybe a home discount can be worked out. Dan Morgan could create up to $80 million in space through restructures of stars like Derrick Brown, Jaycee Horn, or Taylor Moton. They could also include players like Tershawn Wharton ($18.6M cap hit) in the trade to balance the salaries. Carolina Receives: DT  Dexter Lawrence II New York Receives: 2026 2nd Round Pick (No. 51 Overall): A premium Day 2 selection that fits the for  Lawrence  after his 0.5-sack season in 2025. WR  Xavier Legette : A young, high-upside receiver who provides the playmaking depth HC John Harbaugh needs for his offense. 2026 4th Round Pick: Immediate mid-round value. 2027 4th Round Pick (via MIN): Future capital acquired in the  Adam Thielen  trade.  ----- Stone Forsythe* (another young player as a potential trade option)provides immediate offensive line retooling for HC John Harbaugh.    John Harbaugh's history in Baltimore proves he values draft volume over individual superstars.    Just my 2cents
