By his own words, Rhule's philosophy boils down to "run the ball and play defense".

Basically, he's no different than the coaches we had under Richardson.

Only difference is that this guy takes the blah to a whole nother layer of suck.

He's worse than either coach. At least with them we had a couple good years and there was some positive traction early.

Rhule has absolutely nothing going for him.

Much as I dislike hyperbole, there's an argument to be made that Rhule might be our worst head coach.

Closest competition would be Seifert.

I was just thinking that. It would be hard to choose who was worse between those two.

The record doesn't tell the whole story.

Such a mess, how many games have we abandoned the run? I think we ran 15 times yesterday. So the philosophy has been more like "Throw picks to guys sitting on routes they learned watching film, and get ran over by average RB's"

Still wonder how this year's record is gonna wind up.

It's hard to picture us being competitive with the Bucs or the Bills. Atlanta maybe depending on how we're trending, and the Saints have named Taysom Hill their starting QB so there's that.

Glad to see you back @Mr. Scot. Sorry to hear things are not going well at home.  You are the best poster on this board my friend no matter what the mouth breathers would have anyone believe. As one of the elders here I personally would hate to see you leave this place for something other than family.  May good fortune shine upon you in these troubled times my friend.

It appears to me that the young prodigy has had his offense figured out.  I would say the odds are good they will not be competitive.

We did get beat by Joe Judge and the New York football "Giants" backups' backups so nothing is out of the question.

Rhule is worse than Seifert. At least Seifert had success in the NFL prior to the Panthers and was a Super Bowl winning coach. Plus he did gift us Morgan, Jenkins and #89.

I think Pederson would be a really good hire.  He's been there before, has plenty of knowledge about who he could bring in as NFL coaches and I think with a good DC hire he could turn this wreck around with Fitterer and Morgan.  He's an offensive guy so he'll make fixing that O-line priority #1.

I’m a big fan of hiring BBQ Dad as offensive coordinator and hiring Matt Eberflus as head coach.
