Midseason MVP, then he fell off the side of a cliff. We dont need a QB for 8 games.

Murray is not better than Prescott. Tannehill maybe.

I guess a guy that plays at an MVP clip for at least half a season is not a top 10 QB now? Jesus. This guy is incorrigible.

He is more like a top 15 QB. He has not put up the passing numbers to be a top 10 guy.

He does have the potential to be a top 10 guy, but he is not there yet. With his habits and attitude he may not ever get there. He is far away from the truly elite QBs and would have to do a lot of work to get there which I do not see him doing.

Pretty good? Your definition of pretty good is a lot different than mine. Arizona's O-Line was marginal at best the majority of the year. Their running backs were mediocre. Their WR's were solid, but their defense got outscored by PJ Walker. I don't think he was surrounded pretty good. Not to mention, Kliff Kingsbury got fired from Taco Tech. He's not a good coach.

I mean, James Connor had a pretty decent season last year. Over 1000 total yards and 18 TDs. LMAO @ Taco Tech.

I disagree. I think he's top 10 easily. There's an argument for Prescott, but RW is more injury prone than Kyler now and is much older. That's why I don't put him above him. He's clearly above Tannehill. It's not even close.

His injuries the past 2 years, from running, have derailed the cards season.   So yeah injury prone.

3 games in 3 years isn’t injury prone. Burrow has missed more on average than Kyler. I don’t want Kyler because I don’t want to pay out these huge QB contracts. We aren’t ready yet for that…

3.7 yards per carry. A stellar 757 yards rushing. Eh. TD's are cool. But Jerome Bettis had a total of 9 TD's and 360 yards his last season. Was that a good year?

This reason is fine for me. But for the other people in here to say a guy is injury prone, make excuses, say he's not a top 10 QB, basically crap on him. When the alternative is a QB in a Draft class no one wants to draft a QB in? Yeah. Huddle gonna Huddle.

You literally said a QB that has missed 3 games in 3 years is injury prone. And you have the audacity to ask are you the only one that watches football? You might be the only one doing bath salts this morning. So there's that.

He is injury prone due to his size and style of play.  When he stops looking to run his play isn’t as good.   See the playoff game as exhibit A

Can we have him for just the #6 pick? No? Then move on, he is not worth it.

We are not winning the SB this season, we knew this season was going to suck when Rhule was retained, no reason to add insult to injury. Leave Kyler and his diva attitude in Arizona.

    • My fantasy league is named Any Given Sunday. It's a Yahoo friends and family league that's existed since 2008. There's no money involved, just bragging rights. The participants love it, and we love mixing it up and talking sh¡t to one another. I've won the trophy five times (and almost a close sixth), so they love beating me (and seeing me win, oddly). I'm on a four year drought though. So this year I kinda said, "fug it, I'm going all-in on my guys." Amid that, I did something that I never do and went RBs one, two and three, with the critical---some would say the "crazy" move being Chuba at three. So now I'm light on receivers. But, I was ultimately able to get my guys. Dave Canales is already talking crazy talk, suggesting that he's not going to let Chuba run wild in so many words (so I learned in the other thread). I bristle at that. I'm giving Bryce a lotta faith by extension. He's on the wire (but I may as well have played him for all Dakota did the other night). I obviously believe in Tetairoa. He could be my WR1 (other than Scary Terry). I picked up X late, and I'm hoping that he will make the league hate that I did because it was kinda disrespectful for him to be drafted in the 12th round if you ask me. As for JT Sanders, I picked him up as an aside because as we all know, the pickings at TE are slim (especially when you have to try and build a complete team after taking three RBs so early). I hope that Sanders comes through, then I might be looking good.  So, yeah, I kinda went all-in. If there was ever a time for our offense to come alive, I need them to do it this season.  Bryce needs to continue on his ascension from the end of last season, and Canales needs to let Chuba run the damned rock. We have insurance in Rico (as do I), so let Chuba do his thing. If our offense doesn't work this season, then we're just fùcked, and so am I most likely. But I have faith. Now let me go move Golden back to W/T spot. I have faith in X, but no so much that I'm playing him over Golden tomorrow.
    • I am loathe to make any predictions before I see the team in action. Within that vein, on the eve before the beginning of the NFL season in earnest, I will say that four wins is the floor and 11 wins is the ceiling.  Call my sizable spread a "copout" if you like,  but I will tell you, "Nobody knows sh¡t at least until the end of the month." That's the way I see it, and, for now, that's what I'm sticking to.
    • If you can run all over a team, you do it. That's a football truth as old as time immemorial.
