well MOST(almost all) of the NFL teams are better than the panthers.

Playing these guys more in minicamp isn't going to be the difference between a winning season or a losing season.

Also, there is no reason to go full, old school "make 'em practice 'till they puke." That a bunch of old dumb mentality. It doesn't make you tougher. If you aren't tough now having ascended to the NFL....you just aren't tough.

Christian McCaffrey not in uniform again. Matt Rhule said the guys who were given the day off yesterday would probably not practice all week.

Zane Gonzalez makes a long field goal and the Panthers are allowed to end practice early.

Should have heard the shout from Panthers players as Zane Gonzales kicks a very long FG to allow practice to end early with temps in mid-90s.

Looks like it’s the same group of vets taking on the “coaching” roles at Panthers mandatory minicamp day two, as Rhule mentioned yesterday

Robbie Anderson has been added to that group today. He did a little bit of solo work off to the side yesterday but changed out of his jersey before Tuesday’s minicamp was over

Who’s Augusta Stone? she related to Emma?

Yeah this place was just a big fun factory back when we were trying to convince ourselves Teddy Bridgewater and Sam Darnold were the answer. Let the madness takeover this is who we are now.

At least there were different posts and every post didnt turn into the exact same comments over and over every time.

Sam Darnold's advice to rookie Matt Corral is similar to what Teddy Bridgewater gave him as a young player with the New York Jets. Just focus on doing your job.

Sam Darnold said if Panthers GM Scott Fitterer feels the need to bring in another quarterback it's not for him to judge. Darnold is focused on him and being better.

Panthers QB Sam Darnold wasn't sure what to think at first when WR Robbie Anderson tweeted and then deleted he might retire.

Please keep Darnold away from Corral

    • Damn I liked A'Shawn too. This is basically a heads up we're planning on cutting you move.  Robinson wasn't the best but I loved his attitude and effort on the field. He held that entire dline together when Brown went down iirc..granted we finished that season as the worst rushing defense in modern NFL history.  If Wharton would have performed up to atleast half of his salary last season, I'd feel a little better about it. We do need that cap space though.
    • 13. Carolina is coming. The Panthers are well thought of around the league. Their "process" seems sound. I think their off-season will be very interesting to keep an eye on. They made the playoffs, but they're not yet knocking on the door. (Offense was 26th in EPA/play.) I think it's imperative they don't overestimate where they are in their build. They can't throw a ton of money around in FA to "make a run now". They need to be intentional about building a solid foundation. (IMO) And from what I know about the team... I think they will be. Sidenote: I have my eye on offense there, not defense. They HAVE to leave next season with a strong opinion on Bryce Young. They need to put pieces around him to do that. Can't be left wondering what he would have looked like with "better OL play" or "more pass catchers". They have to know. (That part is purely my opinion. No one told me that.) https://x.com/lindsay_rhodes/status/2027212533417869499?s=46&t=xeIgh_-Vr2aKxBkBJdfnKA
    • Because this DL is completely reliant on Brown being available and being a stud. Without him we were the worst D in history. The Wharton signing last year reeked of desperation. He just isn't a great fit for us schematically and I think we panicked a little bit when we missed out on Milton Williams who would have been a great fit.
