IF Fox is still coach (he won't be). Charlie Weis is your new OC, because they are butt buddies.

The only problem with getting an OC like Martz is that his philosophy leans to passing while our whole offense is built around the run. It would take a complete overhaul of our offensive personnel...most importantly QB, which we don't have.

Not OC....quarterback coach. If Martz has one thing he can hang his hat on, it's developing quarterbacks. He's supposedly really hard on them early on (seeing if they can take it), but then you get Kurt Warner (before he got hit too much) and Marc Bulger (before he got hit too much).

I saw Martz' name and combined that with our piss poor offensive production this year and extrapolated you meaning that he should be hired as OC. Reading is for queers. LOL.

Yeah, he would make an excellent QB coach...but it's a pipe dream, IMO.
