CRA after probably 300-400 posts this off-season alone fighting tooth and nail to explicitly defend Brady from any criticism: “Quit acting like I love Brady”

CRA to anyone who makes a pointed criticism towards Brady without even mentioning Rhule in any way: “RHULE LOVER!!!”

Lol, this is like an SNL skit.

I mean, you can keep singing that song.  I said he was unqualified and we shouldn’t of hired him.  I just won’t stop there and keep the conversation going about who hired him and created the entire mess.  You know, the guy actually still employed here.   Your projection game isn’t strong enough.  Matt Rhule is still sitting here.  Can’t avoid him no matter how hard you try.

Brady wasn't ready to be an NFL OC. Rhule wasn't cut out to be an NFL HC.

Dafuq are y'all fighting about? 😂

Apparently, you can only bash Joe Brady.  This post makes you a Joe Brady lover.

My argument is you couldn't do both..

You can't have both be inexperienced..

You can live with either Experience OC/HC (Andy Reid, Sean Payton) and Brady..

Or

Matt Rhule with a Pat Sherman, or Norv Turner type..

But your whole staff can't be a bunch of friends with no nfl experience..

For @CRA

Which is a reason I thought Rhule should have been fired last season...

But he's not ...

SO hopefully he's learned with the new hires and Fitt getting more roster control.. So we can enjoy football again..

So we can stop this Joe Brady wasn't a problem opinion..

Literally no one argues that lol.

they simply argue he was part of the reason our offense was a disaster.  Other part is still here.  He is the guy running all these bullshit “position competitions”

Same BS competition you were complaining he didn't do late year..

When he was giving jobs to Darnold, Eflin, Irving,  And Joey Sly right??

Rhule should have been fired. Rhule should never have been hired. He should never have been given complete control of a pro team having no pro experience.

Tepper botched this whole thing from the beginning.

They're both around and I'm tired of losing. I hope they've learned. I have my doubts, though.

We'll find out this year. I'm not getting my hopes up but I am at least interested in watching which is an upgrade from how I felt heading into the offseason where I had no interest in watching this team anymore, at least as long as Rhule was coach.

I argued Sam should of been brought in as an actual project.  An actual rehab project behind the scenes to see if you could fix him.  I didn’t have an issue with that.  Sam wasn’t the Baker of 2021.

But they never brought in someone to challenge Sam that I could lobby for him to compete with last offseason.  They created an environment where it was just Sam.

Mitch Trubisky wouldn’t of been a competition.   He would have just been better than Sam.  And I would have had a problem with that charade going past Spartanburg.

Which is why I'm not mad at competition Bs or real..  Atleast ppl seem to be earning play time and not been giving it based on contract or no other viable option..

In fairness Slye was originally a Rivera guy (and is again) I agree with much of what you are saying in this thread.... I just can't get that Boston hill you chose to die on out of my head *tries to adult*.

    • Trade up for a project was dumb, he's gonna be 25 next month. By the time you're deciding on whether he's worth the 5th year option or a big contract you're already gonna be thinking about moving on soon either way.
    • I mean this is legit AF statement....you don't spend that draft capital on a project just like you don't trade up for an injured RB either, which was done in the same draft.  That draft IMO was a necessary evil for DM to learn from his mistakes (I think he did but some may not). Also I have to mention I'm a big Coker fan and think getting him as an UDFA was obv a steal.  Coker is the better WR2 at this point as Legette and its not even debatable unfortunately.  Give him year 3 but don't expect much from him.  Continue in the offseason with adding as much talent and competition on the roster as possible including WR.  Or just trade his ass for peanuts and continue to build roster by any means.......
    • Losing him was a huge loss. Look at how the Bears went from a 5 win team to now a 11 win team. The Lions offensive line is bad this year, secondary is bad and Campbell going for it on 4th down all the time has cost them games instead of taking the Field Goals. Goff is inconsistent as well.
