Honestly, if things are looking bad for us record wise nearing the trade deadline it's something we should entertain. That means we still haven't solved our QB problem and Rhule is probably out. At that point you gotta start evaluating if a big money RB really makes sense for your organization. Hell, it's be doing the right thing by the player too. How many great players have we seen put up Herculean efforts on perennially bad teams?

His cap hit for trading him would be bad like really bad. Hurney didn't leave much room to get out of that thing.

I would too if we were in the postion to do so.... just saying the Rams didn't have a big window they are fortunate they won.

Well it works out 9 times out of 10 and the NFL loves that poo for some reason. It's why we got screwed out of two SBs.

NFL salary cap is a myth. Smart GMs can maneuver around it if they want to win badly enough. It’s basically an excuse for teams to be cheap and ok with going .500

RE Dorsey, give it time before evaluating him as an OC, no film on him at all. I’m not sold on him and he’s got an insane amount of talent to work with so he should be having significant success.

Lotta owners are still looking for the mythical "next Sean McVay" though.

He may indeed get a job before he really should.
