I've always slept ony side but as I've gotten older it's causing my arms to fall asleep at night. Sometimes I wake up with what feels like just a hunk of dead meat hanging off my shoulder. Not cool. As long as I can avoid having my arm under my head as I doze off I'm good. But if I fall asleep with my arm under my head it's go dead.

Yeah I’ve had that happen too, it’s annoying as hell. Usually when I fall asleep on the couch inadvertently

Ahh no, I've been that guy that hasn't gone to a doctor forever.

But I'm getting into that part of 30s where I should go get a lookin at.

I'm that guy in his 50s who spends way more time at the doctor's office than he wants to 😕

Purely a compression issue for me. They did some testing on me during the height of COVID because I was having issues with my toes were going dumb. Well, it was because I was going barefoot all the time in a house that was all hardwood and tile. They'd go to sleep most often in the kitchen probably because I was leaning over the stove or sink putting all the ball of my foot. Started wearing flip flops or slippers in the house and no more issues. If I would lose the 20 pounds I gained during COVID my arm would probably stop falling asleep from my fat ass laying on it. 😂

Understood 😆
