Moore is good enough.

*only one my friend...

Shi Smith flashed some

Robbie had a 937 yard and 1008 season, plus 4.2 speed.....now gone

TMJ was the highest ranked WR at LSU. fyi JJ was there and chase too.

Laviska Shenault was drafted 42nd overall(2020) and high on many teams boards.

Higgins good solid pro as a 4/5 guy with a coupld of 600(close) yarders on his resume with 4 TDs couple years as well

Thats decent/good/average/whatevers/ given the QB play over the years. Think of the number with Allen, mahomes, arod, etc..

Zero game breakers in our WR room. I doubt opposing DCs lose sleep about any of them.

theres what 4-6 game breaking WRs?? You got a high bar there friend, have you looked around the league some.......just look close to home at the iants and failcons.

Plenty of teams would trade the whole WR group for panthers WR group.

Please consider the recent OCs and QBs in your formula as well.

Fitt deserves credit for putting this line together than. I have no doubt that if Fitt remains GM, he will do all in his power to get our franchise QB next year. I know he's gambled on the QB trades but I think Rhule has a lot more to do with it than Fitt. I don't believe Fitt would force a marriage of Baker with Rhule if Rhule didn't want it.

Our OL is so much better than anything else recently.

But watch tape. Moton has been getting worked in pass protection. Talking ball snapped, now the edge rusher has gotten four yards of depth.

Elflein is a fuging tragedy a lot of the time. I have lost count the number of times he is just pushed into the QBs lap.

Our guards are both decent/serviceable. Can be improved upon but it's not as necessary as replacing Moton and Elflein.

Pff can say whatever about Moton. Average at best RT, and there's too many good edge rushers in this league to have an average tackle on either side.

Icky is a rookie so he gets the year off from harsh criticism and gets to eat up praise where it's earned. He's played well week to week, showing improvement. A few mental/communication lapses have resulted in pressures but again, he's a rookie.

If anybody thinks this OL is fine for anything beyond this season, you're fooling yourselves.

    • I'd hold on to Walker - we have no OT depth at all. Freeling is a block of clay - all the tools are there and he appears to have a great attitude. He needs serious work on his technique to realise his potential though.
    • From my watch last night: They weren't trading out of 19 unless it was a daft offer once Freeling got there. They were clearly antsy to get Hunter - and Minnesota actually called to offer the trade down. They weren't trading out of the third round pick once Brazzell fell to it (and Canales would have been happy with him in the second round). They traded back a lot on Day 3 - even if Morgan 'Babe Ruth'd' it with Lee, Hecht and Wheatley; they clearly weren't the only guys they would have taken at those picks. I'm curious to know which player caused the reaction at the start of day 2 (Dan Morgan): "of course they'd pick him"
    • Watching this confirms that this staff and front office is super high on Monroe Freeling. I wouldn't be surprised if he's gotta a real chance to win the starting LT job in camp. If he does, we can look to flip Rasheed Walker to a contender desperate for tackle help.   As for Ickey I still really like him and wanna extend him but based on how the staff was talking about Freeling it might be time for ickey to start taking some practice sets at guard if he wants to stay here as we are gonna have to have figure out a solution for the contracts of Lewis and Hunt.  My preferred scenario for the Oline in 2027 is Freeling-Ickey-Hech-Lewis-Moton.
