If the choice is Necas vs Kucci, I'd go Kucci. I hope that we can keep both long term. But, elite goalstoppers are harder to come by than elite goal scorers.

For that reason alone, I'd think there is a better chance of Kucci being a lifetime Caniac...

From a pure contract perspective, Kochetkov is probably about as safe as you can go with a jersey (outside of Svechnikov) since he just signed for four more years.

Slavin is another good option.

I will say, if you can only get one sweater, I’d be tempted to wait until they release the Stadium Series sweaters.

I don't own a named sweater for that very reason. But I have grown to learn that having former players sweaters isn't a bad thing- there are plenty of them every night at PNC. I've seen Irbe, Whitney, Ward, RBA, you name it.

I thought about it, but I don’t like them that much to be honest.
