I think you got to put both burrow and herbo on the list, arod looking old this year.....old enough to fall a few pegs,,,

He asked for one’s I’d take over Lamar. I gave him the only two I would. Wasn’t doing a top 10. And Rodgers looks old but can still throw with anybody. And if he’s getting a “loaded” team, that’s a different situation than his current one.

I'm taking Mahomes Burrow Allen Brady Rodgers Carr Stafford

If they were playing normal and no rape Russ and Watson

Then Maybes Herbert Cousins but they are probably even swaps other even players are Dak

So I wouldn't pay the guy better than 8th to 10th best and Brady is only making 25mil.

We saw what Stafford can do without talent around him and it's much less than Lamar.  Herbert can't even get into the playoffs and Cousins has a reputation for choking in prime time.  What does no rape Russ mean??  Watson hasn't played football in like 2 years.

So Mahomes is a no brainer.  You could argue the rest (especially since Brady isn't playing next year.  I forgot about that...).  Now throw in the fact he is only 24 years old and man it is definitely appealing, but I think the Ravens will ultimately pay for him to stay.

Yes a loaded team that only needs a QB for 1 season.

You aren't taking Brady and Rogers? Brady is like 3rd in yards on a terrible team with WRs dropping the ball left and right.

No rape Watson playing at his historical level and Russ playing at his historical level.

Brady is 45 and is finally showing it. Has all year. And I mentioned Rodgers close behind, but he isn’t nearly as old or washed. He needs help. Why would I care about a volume stat on a QB who is avg. 6.4YPA just because he throws more. Judging any QB by volume stats without context is ridiculous.

Brady's team is terrible?  poo, give Lamar Mike Evans, Julio Jones, Chris Godwin, Leonard Fournette, Tristan Wirfs, Vita Vea, Devin White, Lavonte David, and Antoine Winfield Jr.....  They are missing Gronk and a few OL form their loaded Super Bowl team.

Have you been watching. That TD pass wasn't the only one Evans has flat out dropped. He's been playing like Tedd Ginn.

Which is bad we need them to fall down the draft order a bit

Evans has 4 drops which puts him in a class with Davante Adams, CeeDee Lamb, Tyreek Hill, and less than Deebo, Chase, Cooper, Metcalf, Waddle, and AJ Brown.  I mean Tua has two different WRs with equal or more drops and he is doing just fine.

    • All these rankings have more to do with the writers love or hate for a team.  Morgan, IMO, has done a really good job at building this team.  Yeah, there are a couple of whiffs but for the most part he has done quite well drafting and signing free agents.  22 is a bit low but it's a stupid opinion based on how little a writer knows about the Panthers.
    • When I saw that I was thinking the same thing.  If Evero does have a great season and gets hired as a head coach I wouldn't mind see McD as our DC.  If we do poorly as a team, I definitely would want him to be the front runner for HC.
    • But it's not about not upsetting a player under contract, it's about not causing a rift in the locker room. The players love Bryce, whether as a person or a player doesn't matter.  You can't spend a Top 10 pick on a QB and then still start your #1 overall pick in the last year of their contract. That act alone will cause a massive locker room rift/distraction that would be unavoidable.  Some players will question why you "wasted" a Top 10 pick on a QB you're not going to start instead of someone who can help right away.  While others will question why we are keeping Bryce around for the season when it's clear he's not the future guy at that point. It would just make for a bad start to the rookie's career while causing locker room distractions.  Again, I'd bet this has never happened in this league before with any 1st round QB, let alone the #1 overall pick, and there is a reason for it, which is that it would be epically stupid to do. And I used the Vikings as the example as they're the closest I can think of, because again, there isn't a direct comparison as nobody has ever done it because it's that dumb of an idea (no offense lol).
